2008 Season
DOUGLAS AQUATICS: TEAM TRAINING
All employees MUST attend one DA Team Training session before being able to work this summer. These sessions are PAID and will cover information on customer service, safety, and online scheduling. Swimsuits and apparel will be available for purchase at all orientation and team training events.
This year we will have a new team training agenda! Each session will take place at a swimming pool and include dry and wet activities. Be sure to bring tennis shoes, athletic clothes, swimsuit and a towel.

NEW GUARD AND PARENT ORIENTATION:
Orientation for
managers, guards and parents are for NEW staff members only! We invite the parents to stay for the first 45 minutes for their part of the orientation. It will be a chance for you to learn all the policies and procedures for Douglas Aquatics. Each new team member will be required to attend both orientation and team training.
DATES: March 29 or April 27 from 10am to 2pm
SWIM LESSON INSTRUCTORS:
Interested in teaching swim lessons this summer? (All instructors must be at least 16 years old)
Advantages of Becoming a Douglas Aquatics Instructor:

All swim instructors for 2008 will need to attend one of
the training sessions to cover administrative procedures as well as instructor skills.

DA has teamed up with ScheduleSource to provide online scheduling to our guards based on their requested days off. We will review all information at the Team Training.
