Our Programs

The RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM is designed to meet the needs of the residential pool, spa or fountain owner who does not have time to maintain their pool, spa or fountain.

The Residential Maintenance Program provides the following options:

Clean the pump hair strainer and surface skimmers
Backwash or clean the filter
Skim the surface and vacuum the floor
Test and balance water chemistry
Add chemicals as provided by owner
Clean water line tile as needed
Removal of the cover in the spring
Installation of the deck equipment
Preparation of the filtration equipment for operation
Provide winterization of vessel and filter equipment in the fall
Submit winterization report and recommend repairs
